ASTW Rotating disc Driers/Cookers Type TST/AST
  We presents a new range of the well known Disc drier which is the most used drier in the fishmeal industry and widely used as driers/high temp. cookers in the rendering industry.
 
 
 
 
  The TST/AST range covers small to medium size driers/cookers and is characterized by :
  • Extra heavy duty design, 44 to 400 square meters heating surface.
• Standard 12 mm discs for carbon steel machines and 9 or 12 mm discs for    stainless machines.
• Extra disc tip wear protection available when required.
• Extra large "disc pitch" = distance between discs for good material flow
• New type jackets as standard for all stainless machines.
• Extra strong stainless cladding on unheated (cold) surfaces like endplates
• Standard operating steam pressure 6 bar with 9 bar as an option.
• Large dome for slow vapour exhaust speed and little carry-over of meal dust.
• Generously dimensioned steam equipment for high evaporation.
• Low electric consumption due to slow rotating rotor without reduction of capacity.
• Heavy duty shaftmount gearbox with high safety factor.
• Insulation with stainless cladding normally included.
• Other options available to suit the customers requirements.
• Replacement rotors for older TST 20, TST 30, TST 40, TST 60, TST 90, TST 100    driers/cookers available.
