Containerized Fishmeal Plants LFP-C 24 or LFP-C 55 for lean
fish, fish-waste and tuna-waste. These plants can process 24 or 55
tons input per 24 hours (1,000 or 2,300 kg/h). The LFP-C 24 plant
is mounted on 2 x 20 foot container flat rack. The LFP-C 55 is
mounted on 4 x 20 foot container flat racks. They both come
complete with boiler and tanks. By hooking up to electricity, fuel
and water the plants are ready for start up.
These plants are heavy duty design and manufactured to the
highest specification, with the highest quality components
available.
Note: For trawler fish contaminated with
sand, stone and shell, a heavy-duty drier with extra disc
wear-protection (U-caps) can be ordered as an option.

Raw material: |
Fresh and clean lean fish, fish-waste and
tuna-waste with maximum oil content 2.5-3.0 % which gives maximum
oil content in the fish meal 12-15%. |
Process: |
Lean Fish Processing (LFP) is drying without
oil extraction, followed by cooling of the meal, (screening)
grinding, cooling again and bagging of the fishmeal. |
